Happy 100th birthday to the great Saul Bass! There’s a terrific opportunity to check out many of thelegendary designer’s title sequences on the @criterionchannl right now. (Title treatment for the series by yours truly.)

On 10 Nov 1978, Give 'Em Enough Rope was released. While the album was being previewed to the press, Topper & Robin Banks took a couple of boxes round to Cheapo Cheapos Record Store in Brewer Str, making them the 1st store in the UK to stock the album. http://smarturl.it/TheClash_ER
